School starts at 8.40am and finishes at 3.20pm.
We look forward to seeing you on Friday 5th September, the start of the Autumn Term for our Year 7 students.
What should I bring?

Sturdy school bag (named) – not a large sports bag or small handbag
Full pencil case and contents, see equipment page (all named)
PE/Games kit (All clearly named) NB Lockers measure 56 x 28 x 40 cm, so plan size of bag accordingly
Students will receive information on how to use the Biometric system to access funds for school dinners or bring a packed lunch
Enthusiasm!
NB Holiday homework tasks are due in on the first day of term (homework tasks will be set on the students' information webpage, which will be sent to students at the end of June)
Mobile phones
Mobile phones
Mobile phones must never be seen or heard on the school site.
If your phone is seen or heard, it will be confiscated and parents will be required to collect it from school not less than 24 hours after confiscation. In addition, you will also receive at least an SLT detention.
For associated reasons, Smart watches are also prohibited at Croxley Danes School.
Phones must never be used to take photographs or videos in school, on the journey to and from school or of students in Croxley Danes School uniform at any time.
Parents: please ensure your child is aware of the consequences of inappropriate use of a mobile telephone. Please note that the school will not be held responsible for lost or damaged phones.

Timetable
You will be given a timetable on your first day which you are expected to copy into your planner. It would be very useful for a copy to be made at home which can be referred to for help with organisation.
